We interviewed several brokers, including some who had extensive experience in our area. From the time we began working with Meg and Alison they demonstrated their fine judgement in every major aspect of the preparation for and sale of our home. We had not anticipated the level of complexity we faced with moving across the country and had to vacate our Maryland home in order to take possession of our new home in California. They worked as a team and were professional, extremely thorough, and receptive to our needs and the steps needed to successful market our house. Ultimately their negotiating skills were put to the test and they knew how to advance from the marketing to the contract process with exceptional ability. In addition, we had a remote closing and they were confronted with unanticipated complications that they faced and handled beautifully.
